The Building Department is located in City Hall and is open Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Phone 786-9131.
Keith Teeters is the Building Official for the City of Kellogg.
Keith issues all building permits in the county and serves as the Building Inspector for Shoshone County, including the incorporated cities of Pinehurst, Smelterville, Wardner, Osburn, and Wallace.
The City of Kellogg adopts the International Building Code which is published every 3 years. Our building department can answer your building code questions, or if you are interested in doing your own research the current IBC code is is available online for a subscription fee from the International Code Council at https://www.iccsafe.org/
